Great laptop. Remove the McAffee virus software when you get the new laptop. It prevents some software from being installed correctly.

Nice picture, fast start up, 64 ram is great and 2Tb SS drive. Touch screen is cool for building guitar rigs on a Fender Tone Master Pro. Does exactly what got it for. No Complaints.

Capacity: 32GB RAM | 1TB SSDVerified PurchaseMy husband loves this laptop. I bought a new laptop for my husband from Best Buy. I bought him an Asus. It’s supposed to be one of the top makers of computers and boards.
Well unfortunately it died after 8 days!? Completely dead! Wow! And what a hassle returning it!
When we got home, I opened my trusty Amazon app and searched laptops with the highest ratings.
This HP came up, I started reading the reviews and everything sounded great. When it arrived y husband was so happy to see how big it is. What a beautiful clear picture on the screen and set up was a breeze! It’s a big laptop but it’s portable, we take it with when we travel. The battery seems o last a long time and its a great quality product for the money. I love the numeric keys on the right side, they’re so handy. My husband is very happy with it and I am thrilled that it’s working great and he’s happy with it.

I have had nothing for problems spent hours and hours on the phone with HP. They even made me purchase a disk which cost me $40 which was a waste they finally sent a box so we could send it back which I did after two weeks. I called to see the status and they told me they couldn’t work on it because the serial number didn’t match the paperwork finally I got that all straightened out and in a week my laptop was back with the same problem. Spent another 20 hours on the phone with HP and still nothing took it to Best Buy which is an authorized HP dealer and I had to purchase a Best Buy warranty for $200. They told me that my ram was bad and their warranty didn’t cover parts. HP would have to repair it after several more hours on the phone with HP. They would not admit that the ram could be bad. The computer would freeze would shut down. I would have to restart so I went back to Best Buy again and they took it apart and said the motherboard will not accommodate a 64 ramp it’s only good for 32 ram so I told him put 32 ram in it. I need a laptop so they agreed but they told me that I got ripped off because I paid almost $900 for 64 gig laptop and now it’s only a 32 gig called HP again they said I would have to contact Amazon because I bought it through them a few more hours on the phone with Amazon and Amazon said I would have to go through the third-party which is PC online. Amazon sent them for emails which they never answered I am very frustrated and feel I should be compensated something for the extra $240. I dished out and I really didn’t get what I paid for. Of course no one wants to do
