Verified PurchaseI bought this to use at work, running Docs, email, Spotify and other basic apps. It works great with them. Bluetooth and wifi connect quickly. Graphics are okay and run smoothly for local files but can hiccup a little with video streaming apps. It seems sturdy and comes with a light protective case. Connect to a Bluetooth speaker however. Its highest volume is just above a whisper. The battery life depends on what you're doing. I run it with 4 apps open for eight hours and it's still got some life left when I plug it up for an overnight charge. Probably not for serious gamers but Google games play just fine.

Verified PurchaseAfter booting up and getting everything installed, the system locked up. When I turned it off and rebooted, it kept asking for the password which I entered. Well it wouldn't accept it so I figured a factory reset was in order as maybe I entered the pw wrong. The real problem came with accessing the android system. It would display the robot on its back with access panel open but that's as far as it got. No matter what volume up or down combo used, nothing would bring up any menu to correct or reset the system. After a call to Amazon support and following what to do (which was what I was doing) the tech determined the system was corrupted and told me to return the tablet for refund or exchange. Never had an Android device where the config menu could not be accessed. I was pissed that some apps were installed that possibly had some personal info however and that I could not wipe clean because of the way this tablet performed.

Much more powerful than the Kindle Fire and expandable to boot. Works very well with the Kindle Android app and was a very good choice for several reasons: Inexpensive, especially compared to the Kindle Readers; much more powerful; more memory; faster and the battery lasts longer. Ideal for my purpose.

Verified PurchaseI brought this tablet to use at work for listening to music. But when using Spotify, it will randomly power off, even though I have disabled most other apps. It'll also power off two or three times even while charging. The tablet seems cheap and plastic I'm not sure how durable it is. The sound quality is quite good, and I like the compact size, which allows it to fit in my pocket. It's quite slow; it takes a while to power on, and loading Spotify is also slow. Apparently, Spotify is too much to handle on a budget tablet.
The tablet will now power on, freeze, and power off. I have to wait for it to power on only for it to freeze and power off. This happens several times, it'll work for a bit then freeze and it needs a hard reset to power back on. I'm returning it and going with a Samsung Galaxy tablet, should have never bought this garbage tablet.

Verified PurchaseMy wife needed a newer small tablet. This seemed to have more than what she needed.
Opened box boot it up and no software keyboard. No keyboard, no setup, no wifi. Fortunately I have a USB A to USB C adapter and plugged in my computer keyboard. Got on wifi, then updated apps. Once the software keyboard was updated everything else worked. She now has a successful working replacement for the game tablet she plays her game on.

Verified PurchaseI got this for my Grandson for Christmas but he informed me he didn't want a new tablet. It kind of shocked me at first but he said PawPaw theirs nothing wrong with the one I got except its old. He wanted a game for his Xbox so that's what he gets.
This is a very nice tablet and comes with the case. I would buy this again.

Verified PurchaseThis tablet is a piece of junk. Very flimsy a full charge only last about an hour with social media. That’s no good. It takes a long time to turn off or shut down. You have to just hold the button for like 10 seconds or longer the case that comes with, it is like a cell phone case. It only protects the edges overall I’m very disappointed with this purchase.
