Complicated transfer of photos from phone. Good storage.

I was able to transfer all of my videos and call recordings to it quickly and easily, which freed up a lot of space on my phone. However, I could not find any way to transfer my photos to it. When I clicked on the photos on my phone and clicked move, the flash drive did not show as an option, the way it did so easily for my videos. I tried a few different ways and could not get the photos to move to the stick. It would let me create a folder on the flash drive but my phone would not recognize it to move to. It wouldn't do them separately, without a folder, either. I had to plug my phone into a port on my laptop with a transfer cable and the flash drive into another port and drag and drop the files. Now my phone sees them on the flash drive. A lot of extra steps and inconvenience. Maybe it was user error, but definitely not easy. If anyone knows what I did wrong, please post it. I don't know why it wasn't as simple as removing my videos and call recordings.

Not compatible with iphone 16
