My Autistic 6yr old daughter has been waiting to play with this tablet for Christmas. Christmas morning I set it up for her and within 2 hours it wouldn't connect to the internet even after Troubleshooting and then eventually the power wouldn't work as well. I'm so disappointed because since I purchased it October 29th Amazon's website states that I can't exchange it or get a refund. My daughter is distraught and I don't know what to do about. I've wasted over a hundred dollars.
