Touch screen stopped working, don’t buy

I can’t slide to unlock or press anything besides the power button and volume buttons, I never dropped it or got it wet, took pretty good care of it too. Looked up every potential way to fix it, restarting, rebooting, returned to factory settings and nothing worked. Meanwhile I have a standard iPad for work which I had for years that’s been dropped, scratched, had water splashed on it, and it still works. Point is, don’t buy this tablet if you want something that will last you more than a few months, it’s cheap and u get what you pay for, if I knew this would happen I would of paid the extra bit of money to have something that lasts for a few years not a few months.

Too many issues under 30days

Starred having issues freezing immediately so I decided to do a trial run... It keeps freezing and now it has a error on the screen...the 2nd tablet won't recognize the password no I didn't forget it used same for all my kids devices for years so they'd remember...plus it was recognized before on the device and now it keeps saying wrong password try again. It takes literally over 6hrs to get to 100% battery but drains within 3hrs of usage...it even drains when not in use I tested overnight to verify I wasn't going crazy...thought I was getting a deal but now I have to get something else hopefully they get in before the holidays. Also happened with the first two tablets I thought maybe bad batch since the reviews were good...they sent out two replacement but same issues freezing, battery issues and errors.

Not impressed, won't buy again.

Then the screen broke so now is unusable. Partly my fault the screen broke, but I had purchased a separate thick silicone cover to protect it and broke anyhow. Guess I'll have to just spend more moeny to get a betteer product.
